• All cancellations must be in writing.
• For bookings cancelled at least 14 days (by 5.00pm) prior to the course date we will refund the course fee.
• For bookings cancelled between 21 and 8 days (by 5.00pm) prior to the course date the course fee remains payable and is non-refundable.
• Delegates may attend another course of equivalent value free of charge. Where the course is of lesser value, the balance will either be held in credit against your account or set off against outstanding fees at our discretion.
• For bookings cancelled 7 days or less (by 5.00pm) inclusive of the course date the course fee remains payable and is non-refundable.
• Delegates may attend another course for an administration fee of £25 + VAT or £50.00 + VAT for a half and full day course respectively.
• Where the course duration exceeds one day the fee payable is £100 + VAT.

• We reserve the right to cancel the course. In such situation, we shall do our best to inform you as early as possible. Where we have to cancel a course we do not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other costs which may have been incurred by any delegate.

• We reserve the right to change the course date or venue where necessary. In such situation, we shall do our best to inform you as early as possible. • We may alter the course content and the speaker may not be the same. In such situation, we shall do our best to inform you as early as possible. Please note that in this unlikely happening we do not accept responsibility for travel, accommodation or other costs which may have been incurred by any delegate

• If any of the above situations, our liability is strictly be limited to the course fee paid by the delegates. The delegates may be offered an alternative course at no additional cost. If the alternative course of higher value, a maximum of 30% discount in the difference amount may be offered.

Discount of between 15% to 30% is offered on a joint booking of three or more delegates. Terms and Conditions may apply. For more details, please ask upon making your reservation.

If you are a group of minimum of 5 delegates then a tailor made course may be offered. Please write to us at info@aristople.co.uk with your requirements and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

The delegate attended the course or training workshop shall receive a certificate of attendance.
The soft copy of the certificate shall be emailed within 48 hours from the date of the course / training workshop.
The hard copy of the certificate shall be posted within 7 days from the date of the course / training workshop.

We offer, the delegates who have attended our paid course or training workshop, assistance in CV writing and referral to our associate recruitment consultancies. This service is offered to those delates who have completed and returned our "Looking for New Opportunity Form" during attendance of a course with us.
