This course is designed for entry-level or junior immigration practitioners who want to further enhance their knowledge of UK immigration law. It is especially suitable for those who have previously attended our Immigration Law UK Level 1 course and are looking to take the next step in their professional development.
The course will cover topics such as complex asylum claims, applications based on human rights and European law, and other challenging areas of immigration law. It will provide you with a deeper understanding of the UK's immigration system, recent developments and changes in the law, and how to approach complex cases.
Additionally, the course will provide an opportunity to deepen your knowledge in relation to your work as an OISC Level 2 Immigration Adviser. Upon completion, you will have a stronger understanding of the immigration law, and you will be better equipped to serve your clients' needs effectively.

Upon completion of this course, participants will:
